The West Bank includes the 7-Corners neighborhood, Cedar-Riverside, the University of Minnesota, Fairview University Medical Center and Augsburg College. Also within walking distance of the Metrodome, the Mill City Museum, and the new Guthrie theater. It is located between the eastern edge of downtown Minneapolis and the bluffs of the Mississippi River, at the intersection of I-94 and 35W.
