Support West Bank Businesses this Saturday!
Saturday, November 24, 2018 is Small Business Saturday – a great chance to support small businesses.
According to a study by the American Independent Business Alliance, shopping at a locally-owned business yields a 48% return to the community versus a 13.6% return when shopping at a chain store. For restaurants, the return is 65.4% when you dine at a locally-owned space!
And did you know, there are almost 200 businesses on the West Bank, 90% of which are locally owned and operated? Let’s show them some love!
Metro Transit is offering FREE rides along the Green Line to Small Business Saturday shoppers. Click on the image below to redeem your Metro Transit free pass.
